Review Description
Highest recommendations for Patriot, and Alison in particular. Communication was ALWAYS prompt and polite. We actually experienced an auto loss (through NO fault of the driver or Patriot- accidental). Both the trucking company and Alison of Patriot were honest and efficient in processing the claim. We receive compensation for the loss quickly and Alison set up transport of the replacement car within a few days and waived their fee. Bad luck happens, but the way a company deals with the customer is what counts. If I could give a 10 star rating I would. This company is solid.
