Review Description
Ultimately, the driver is responsible for the quality of service you receive for car transportation. You cannot get anyone better than J.E. Finneman, an independent contractor to FedEx Custom Critical. He could have fulfilled his duties completely by unloading the car, having us sign the forms, taking the payment and leaving. However, he went the extra miles.
