Review Description

I contracted Passport Transport to pick up and deliver my newly purchased Delorean, from Crystal Lake IL to Las Vegas NV. The window of the contract was 29 Oct to 19 Nov 2018 (for pick-up). I was notified by email (16 Nov) that the earliest they could pick up was 26 Nov - 5 Dec. When I posted reviewed for Passport Transport on the BBB website, Passport assured me that although I might be "soured" they are not negligent because I had not paid the $500 for guaranteed dates. Unbelievable... The reply to my WTF moment was "we’re just overwhelmed with orders
