Review Description

Horrific experience. They promise to drop your car off with doorr to door service but who knows when the drop of will actually occur. They keep my car for a week longer than promised. The worst part was that it turns out the car had been sitting in a warehouse for multiple days. I expressed the urgency of obtaining my car (so I can start a new job), but the staff (Marshall specifically) wasnot helpful or understanding in the least.. I eventually had to rent a car (spending additional money) and pick up my car from the warehouse myself. There is a reason the service is less expensive than the others. DO NOT HIRE.
