Review Description

Issue: Untrusting Julien Jones (Official Auto Transport) mis-quoted us and we were forced to pay the driver more. Then when Julien Jones (Official Auto Transport) PROMISED a refund of the overage, he never kept his promise. We were overcharged by $100 because Julien said we owed 700 to the driver, but the driver was told by Julien Jones (Official Auto Transport) $750. Would not release the car, and JULIEN NEVER ANSWERS his phone. Untrustworthy! I transported my vehicle to my wife and it was coordinated that it wasn't a rush. Julien Jones said it was going to cost $805. I gave a deposit of $105 and $700 was to be paid to the driver. Pickup was uncoordinated by Julien. When my wife received the car, the driver was expecting $750. Both parties, myself and Matt (KJ Falcon - Actual transport) were trying to get a hold of Julien Jones (Official Auto Transport) and no answer. We paid the $50 and then Julien Jones (Official Auto Transport) ADMITTED he made mistake and gave me his word that he would refund us $50. (We actually tipped the driver $25). Now Julien won't respond to emails or phone calls. Make sure everything is written down. Julien Jones (Official Auto Transport) is dishonest.
