They quoted a pick up time of 2 to 7 days,after 4 weeks of unreturned phone call and emails,and excuses the new owner got a reputable company to do the move.They picked up the car in 3 days and in 7 days it was with its new owner.I requested my $150 deposit back ,no returned calls or emails until I reported them to the Florida state district attorney for fraud against the elderly.They then sent me a whitewash email pretending to be concerned and ethical but it was just a smokescreen to mislead the District attorney.If you like stress and anguish and getting ripped off use these people for your move
