Review Description

I was quoted a price of $425.00 from origin to destination. After the 72 cancellation period New Way informed me that they could not move the vehicle for the price quoted and said the new fee was $575.00. I was not able to cancel due to the fact that they waited until after the 72 hours to raise the price for delivery of the truck. When you receive a quote from a Company and they take a deposit they should not be able to change the quote. In this case the quote was over 50% higher than what they originally told me. By then I was stuck and they did not care at all. Overall my experience with New Way was very poor. I would not recommend them to anyone at all.
