Jason review for New Way Moving Services

Review Description

New Way Moving used a bait and switch on their quoted price, approximately 4 days after their final pick-up date (after they wrote the contract to give themselves an additiaonl 5 days from the start) That might be hard to understand but the bottom line is they were about 20 days late according to the contract, then they raised the price. After they raised the price, the claimed they found a carrier, then I was told there were weather delays in one phone call, the next phone call they told me the pick-up truck had broken down. They asked if I wanted to repost to find a new carrier at which time I said no, however New Way Moving refused to return my deposit. Not to mention ignored phone calls and emails.
