If I could sum up New Way Moving Solutions in one word, it would be this: PROMPT! They were very professional, straightforward, and honest about every step of the process. It was immediately obvious that they work with a sense of urgency while being careful to be within the proper time frames presented to them. A plan and route was put into place PROMPTLY, I was always contacted PROMPTLY when changes would be made or action would be taken, and nothing proceeded without my say-so! I even hit a snag and had to cancel on them once and they still managed to keep at the excellent rate while working with my schedule change(s). I would definitely use this booking company again, no doubt!! I got my car in the shape it left the origin in and never felt as though I needed to worry otherwise! New Way Moving Solutions is a FREIGHT BOSS!
