Review Description

These guys shot me a low ball quote on my transport. They promised a pickup with in 5 days. I called to check progress after 5 days to learn they had done nothing, but was promised they would get right on finding a carrier. I called back after another 3 days only to find they still had done nothing. I talked to another broker and was told he could see the listing and the quote was very low. I checked other quotes for myself and learned that the quote was very low. After antoher 2 days I called back and talked to tlhe manager of dispatch. She said she would personally get my order and expedite handling. I called back after 3 days and she told me she was going to get right on my order that day. After over two weeks I called and also emailed a cancellation notice to the manager of dispatch. I then arranged for pickup through another broker at a higher cost and the car was picked up with in 48 hours. These people are crooks!!!!!!! I should have read their feedback before asking them to get my car picked up. They have a large number of very unhappy customers.
