Review Description

Sales representatives: Robert at extension 105 and Yelena at extension 106 Do not use this company. They promised to pick up my car and actually did it 5 days later for $75 more dollars than was initially quoted. They claimed that the contract I signed allowed them to pick it up in that window, but the presentation they gave at the time of paying for the service, before being able to view that contract, did not specify that. Additionally, when the contract expired, I requested a refund and they told me they had an additional 4 days AFTER THE CONTRACT EXPIRED, to find a shipper, and if I booked with someone else between now and then they would charge me an additional $250. These people are liars and thieves and if you do business with them you will be robbed. Your car will not be delivered for the amount cited and it will not be delivered within the time frame cited.
