Review Description
Dealing with this company on my move from PA to CA was BY FAR the worst part of my trip. I locked my price in and paid the $150 deposit in January for a June move but when June came around they said gas had gone up and it would cost more than they originally agreed to in the contract.They first LIED by saying they had a truck but it broke down and the parts had to be flown in from overseas and then after a few days they came back and said they DIDNT have a truck and i would have to fork out another 4 or 5 hundred dollars if i wanted it moved. Customer service was HORRIBLE, Cynthia did not return my phone calls or emails and still has not sent me a cancellation form so i could get my deposit back. During this whole time i had to leave my vehicle in PA while my family and I made the cross country trip as New Way kept saying they would ship the car. After all this, i went with a different company who shipped my car the day after i called and it arrived earlier than anticipated. As far as my deposit,i disputed it through my bank who refunded me my money and was investigating New Way (who never called or emailed back after they screwed me). Again, DO NOT USE NEW WAY MOVING SERVICES, if you do all i can say is "I told you so" in advance. Also, you wonder why they are BBB accredited and have a BBB grade of C-
