Review Description

My vehicle was picked up by Nationwide Transit and delivered on 01/18/2011. The drivers name that delivered my vehicle is Jersey. Jersey had arrived in California on 01/18/2011. He had called me 30 minutes prior and we had met at the intersection of Skyline blvd and Sneath Lane in San Bruno. When I arrived, I had noticed that my vehicle was on the top deck of his truck. There was 1 other vehicle that Jersey had to drive off his truck before he could get to my vehicle. I noticed that my vehicle was chain down in the front and rear end. I had asked Jersey "How come my car was not strapped down using nylon straps instead of chains?" I had previously called Jersey to ask him about how he secures vehicles on his truck before he had left Illinois. I had never purchase or ship a vehicle from out of state before. I was reading some feedbacks from other people that had posted comments about their experiences when it comes to shipping a vehicle. One feedback that I had read caught my attention because that person has had a horrible experience.
