Review Description

I was dreading shipping my car after reading all the horror stories, but, the thought of driving my 1992 car 1800 miles was not appealing. So, I went with a broker that assigned me to Nationwide Transit. The driver, Bob, called the day before pickup and a couple times the day of pickup to let me know his status. He was on time (early part of his pickup window) and very personable and put me at ease as I watched my car loaded onto the truck! He estimated that he would be there 3 days later (original quote gave a 7-day window to deliver). He called me from Utah and then again 24 hours before delivery. He called me as he was 1/2 hour away and again when he got as close as he could (road construction). So, the lowest quote was also the best - prompt, no problems, honest! Good luck with your shipping experience - may it turn out as well as mine! p.s. this company had a bad review on the BB site - however, they are not a member and I called the broker in a panic - they checked their records and had used this transporter 471 times with no complaints! Their record stands with me!
