Review Description

We do NOT recommend this business. Although we spoke with a nice lady, Claire, customer service and communication has been very poor. Today was our arranged final window for pick-up and no one showed up, no one called to notify us of any problems, and we will now be unable to get our auto when needed. It has proven to be very stressful for our family and we are still without resolution. We made many calls to them today and there was no answer. Do not trust this company to handle your transport.
