Review Description
Pick-up 4 1/2 hours late; promised before noon; then by 2; picked up after 4:30 driver had no clue about my car when I called him; Lexus? he asks? we have a mercedes. Driver Miguel barely speaks or comprehends English Delivery promised Monday. no-one every called during entire transport; I had to call regularly. Then promised Tuesday noon; then 4 PM; doesn't show up till midnite and my husband has to drive Miguel back to his car. HORRENDOUS!
