Review Description
Nexus paired me with a local shipping company who damaged my car. The driver was threatening and refused to pay what was quoted for repairs. When I alerted Nexus they said they would handle the communications to make sure my brand new car was new again and after a month they told me to get in touch with the shipper again. Terrible customer service.
