Review Description
This is a auto broker, similar to calling a cab and they dispatch a transport carrier to you. What I refer to as the middleman. They suck!!! I waited three weeks after I was given fictitious pick up date. I would call and they would say "we moved you up to VIP....after calling back week after week. VIP means nothing...I did learn something from this experience. I will work will transport carrier directly! NO broker and especially not Universal Transport.
