Review Description

I booked my car shipment with Montway from Elgin, IL to Richardson, TX. It was dispatched by Hailo express. Overall it was a good experience. I gave 4 stars because when my car was picked up, they did not give us to sign the bill of lading; the car was picked up, but until next day we did not have any communication neither with the trucker nor did Montway know what the status of the shipment was. I called Montway the next day my car was picked up. They reached out to the driver and told me the delivery date. It was picked up at the right time, arrived a couple of hours late, but in the same condition as it was picked up. Communication could get better. Apart from that, the service was great. Would definitely recommend.
