Review Description

I just wanted to let you know of a problem with Montway Auto transport. I contracted with them to move a truck for my son, from Albuquerque NM to Shaw Air Force base in SC. They sent me a note saying it would be picked up on 02-22-2012 (thus no return of deposit) However they called and said the driver canceled the pick up on 02-21-2012. They then told me it could be another 5 to 7 days before it got picked up! I told them to cancel the order and contacted another company and had it picked up the next day. Now they won't refund my deposit. The truck was ready to be picked up on the date we agreed on!
