Mid-Michigan Connection

Mid-Michigan Connection is a regional public transportation system serving five counties in mid-Michigan. It is operated by the Capital Area Transportation Authority (CATA) and provides bus service to residents of Ingham, Eaton, Clinton, Shiawassee, and Livingston Counties. The system includes regular fixed-route bus service, demand-response service, and other specialized services for persons with disabilities. The Mid-Michigan Connection connects local communities to major employers, medical facilities, shopping centers, and other destinations. The network includes over 3,400 stops and 16 routes, including express routes to downtown Lansing, Michigan State University, and other destinations. The system also offers free transfers between routes and provides connections to other transportation services in the region.

Mid-Michigan Connection buses are wheelchair accessible and equipped with bike racks. Service is available seven days a week, with reduced service on weekends and holidays. Fares vary depending on the type of service and are discounted for seniors, students, and persons with disabilities. Passes, tokens, and tickets are available for purchase at select locations.
