30 years military, many car shipments. Mercury is #1 in customer service. Chase answered request for quote and gave personal cell number. He answered each of five follow-on calls immediately, even Sat. We had a special request for an early shipment and a holding lot in Colorado. Mercury arranged it all. Unfortunately, I had a problem with the carrier at drop-off. However, Chase and Mercury immediately answered my call and instructed me in what to do. Then, when the carrier didn't make it right, Mercury went into their commission and did. They didn't have to, but that's how much they care about customer service and doing the right thing.
