Review Description

I tried to schedule the pick up and delivery of a vehicle. The failure by McNutt to find a trucker was not communicated to me and I had to chase McNutt for information. Then, McNutt could not "find" a trucker for me, so I cancelled my order and went with another company and they had me scheduled within a few hours and delivered my vehicle in two days from pick up and three days ahead of schedule. What makes this even worse is that McNutt immediately charged my credit card for the full amount of the transport and took a week to refund my money. The customer service and practices of McNutt are not acceptable and I will not use them again. I am passing this along because I ship a fair number of vehicles and I am very active in the car community and I simply will not be able to recommend McNutt.
