Minivan was transported from Pembroke Pines, FL to Canton, MI. Jon Spencer initiated the order and was one of the few who could provide a driver quickly. I spoke with him on Wednesday, he had a driver who could pick up that Saturday with a drop off estimated for Monday!! (although the driver ended up arriving Tuesday morning). Jon was friendly, helpful and professional. The price was less than some of the online quotes I was getting but not as cheap as one a broker was promising. However, Jon was in constant contact and I believe he was correct that I was probably gonna get bumped up by the other guy. I was always able to reach him or Oscar whenever I needed an update (NOT TRUE for many other transport outfits). If the actual driver did not get back to me Oscar followed up and I got the information I needed. After getting overwhelmed by responses I am glad Jon Spencer contacted me and Oscar followed up on the shipper. The pickup and dropoff were quick, the price was reasonable, the communication was excellent (so important) and my car arrived safely without any damage. Highly recommend them!
