Charles neglected to inform me that I would need my car registration when I arrived at the Hilo dock, he also failed to inform me that I would need my insurance card. I had to find out this information on my own. In the end I decided to cancel my shipping and was promptly refunded my money from Matson but your company has failed to refund my $200.00. I contacted Charles by phone twice and by email once when I decided to cancel. He was very slow in responding and when he did he was unprofessional and rude with this response by email : “Wow lady calm down. All the information was given to you, if you were having a bad day don’t take it down on us. I will inform the billing department. Good Bye” One month passed and I had yet to hear from or be contacted by the billing department. I called Charles again and left a message but have never received a return call or email. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company. You are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I am beginning my quest to provide, based on my experience, as many online reviews of your company and poor customer service.
