Review Description
Kona trans contract with Costco . They supposed to be bring my ordered appliances in and installation, take old items out . But after waited long 4 weeks now they said just DROP OFF AT DOOR ??! Refregiater, dishwasher , oven , other staff ?!?!?! How we gonna put heavy staff in??!! They are take advantage of corona virus not do job customers paid for !!! Its ridiculous they can wear glove and mask cam job done !!!! Frustrating. If they do just drop off we get hurt I am sure I will take action . They have to provide service !!!!!! I will email to Costco to cancel contract with Kona trans !!!! Unreliability they provide ! Even customer service girl a she never call me back
