Review Description

I used UFA Services to move my car from Connecticut to California. I was quoted $985 ($185 to UFA and $800 to the driver). Based on my overall experience I am thankful I was assigned Kelly Auto Transport as the carrier. The driver (Lane) was prompt, courteous and on time. He was picking up my car from a friends place as I had already moved out of state. He communicated the time properly and arrived on time. I had called the office contact, Chris, on Monday and he gave me the drivers phone number. When I called the driver, Lane, he said he was in Phoenix and would deliver on Thursday. I received my car on Thursday and there were no dents/ scratches. The car was a little dirty on the outside but I expect that to happen when using an open carrier (and my car was on the top). Nothing a $7 car wash could not clean! I was impressed with the way Lane communicated on the phone. Moving can be stressful and more so when you are trusting your car to strangers. Lane manners on the phone was reassuring and reduced some of the stress. I am not sure if 10 days is the average for getting a car coast to coast (connecticut to southern california) but I found that acceptable. I would recommend Kelly Auto as the auto carrier based on my experience.
