Review Description

Bad experience in trying to use this company for hauling services. They cancelled the deal without the courtesy of a phone call. I drove 10 hours to the area to meet them so they could pick up my vehicle to transport and I made the trip for nothing, as I got a dear john email the night before we were to meet for pickup. They offered up no help to find other arrangements since I was from out of the area and had no knowledge in finding local assistance for the job. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Very disappointed with the way they do business!
