Review Description
After a complete mix-up in the communication from the agent to K1 Auto, June of K1 Auto totally came through with picking up my car. The agent had told K1 that my car was to be picked up on Monday, when the car NEEDED (for various logistical reasons) on Thursday. Because of that mix-up, a driver would not be available, BUT June came through and made it happen to pick my car up on Thursday. A week later, I got a call that my car was in California ready for me. I asked if they could hold it until Saturday due to my lack of parking space at my home. They said it was no problem and delivered my car on Saturday, no damage of stuff stolen. I would use K1 Auto again despite the mix-up, but would contact them directly. I also strongly believe they are dedicated to customer service through Junes ability to make sure they honored what had been discussed on my quote/contract.
