Review Description
Car was delivered safe but two days late. Communication seemed to be a challenge, almost all calls to company and driver I had to initiate. Transport was subbed out, driver was late, broke down for two days, per conversation with driver picked up an incorrect car and had to go back and swap it. On delivery, driver was very unprofessional stating they had massive points on their license, complaining about insurance costs and the like, very off-putting. In all fairness, the price was reasonable and I received very small discount for late delivery. If I used Better-Haul again I would not allow them to use that subcontractor.
