Review Description

The moving experience was chaotic. They threw take out menus in kitchen boxes. We stored our furniture for six months at their warehouse and paid over $2000 for insurance. Upon delivery, we discovered much damage to our chona cabinet base that they fixed with epoxy and paper. When I busted the warehouse, I was distressed to see it stored on end and there was much damage on that end. The shades were thrown in garment bags and returned wrinkled. My husbands ties were thrown in a box and returned unwearable. They broke two mens valets, the spines of hundreds of books and over 50 picture frames. They tried to leave without properly assembling our bed because they lost some hardware. They paid us nothing because we had a $1500 deductible and the damaged books were irreplaceable. We made no claim for the book bindings because it would destroy any remaining value. Use at your
