Had the worst experience with this broker. when i called Jay "the owner" for a load instead of politely stating he could not assign the load to me he proceeded to make discriminatory and racist remarks based on my phone numbers area code of 786 and my drivers area code of 305. Jay was the only Broker I found who was honest with me, and said he could not promise shipping dates nor a final shipping price. I respected this after dealing with other brokers who were just looking out for themselves. He explained the whole shipping process including things to watch out for with other brokers. Jay is awesome. After going through 3-4 transporters, Jay was so knowledgeable and honest with me. He explained everything to me about how the transportation market works
You have to remember that he is a broker, not the trucking company. The trucking company decides the prices they will take, taking many different scenarios into account.

Bad communication skills. Forgets payment agreements we made a few days before delivery, but can remember email I wrote weeks ago. This guy gave me an offer of $475 to move my car and I SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR $475. I paid my $100 deposit, and he told me that I would owe the driver the remaining balance of $375. Read more ....

My contract was for $450.00 but Jay got it done for 400.00.
In this day and age... who gets things done for less than the contract price? I was shocked when Jay actually got it done for less than the contract price.

I had another company that promised me they would take care of my order. No deposit.... they never showed. Jay came through in a pinch. When a thousand cars are trying to head north.... it's best to use a broker that is good, professional, and an expert in the industry.
I gave Jay literally no notice and my car was picked up the next day and delivered in two days from Orlando to Baltimore. Unbelievable.
