Review Description

Had the worst experience with this broker. when i called Jay "the owner" for a load instead of politely stating he could not assign the load to me he proceeded to make discriminatory and racist remarks based on my phone numbers area code of 786 and my drivers area code of 305. That is correct this person so called "professional" did not assign a load bc he did not like our phone number area code and proceeded to be disrespectful and hung up the phone. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional broker in my life.
