Review Description

We had our car transported from the Bay Area to Chicagoland area. I searched for a while, but finally found a company that actually ships cars rather than a broker. I cannot understand how in this day and age, its so hard to find a company that actually ships cars. I do understand that J&S is also a broker, but knowing that they have their own trucks for shipping put me at ease that they would actually be able to transport our car on time. Communication from start to finish was fantastic. We were on a tight timeline and Joe arranged transport within 2 business days (contacted them on late Wednesday, confirmed for pick on Friday, and car picked up Monday). Not only was the service GREAT, but they offered the lowest total price as well.
