Intercity Lines office staff and drivers are very professional and take fantastic care of your car while they transport it. They were very communicative in setting up the pickup and while en route. My vehicle was not covered and the hood was damaged. The hood and glass was vandalized with scratches. Mike at Intercity Lines was impertanent and rude. He wouldn't offer me the time of day when I filed my complaint.

I was very nervous at first, after hearing negative feedback about shipping companies, but after I booked my car with Intercity Lines, all my worries were relieved.
