Review Description
The lies began from the very first contact, but I didn't know it at the time. I used an auto broker to locate a specific vehicle. I asked them to help me find a transport company. I got a call from Todd at Ideal Motors and asked if Victor had given him my number. He said yes. I found out later (and too late) that this was untrue. I called on Dec 17 to confirm that my car would be picked up on the 18th as promised. I was told it would and they (Denise) would call by end of day to confirm. No call. I called back on Dec 18 to get an update and was told it would be picked up that evening and they would call me back to confirm by end of day to confirm. No call. I called back on Dec 19 to get an update. Same thing. Told it would be picked up and I would get a call to confirm. Again, no call. I called back on Dec 20 and was told it was picked up that morning. I asked to have Todd (the original sales person) call me back as nothing had panned out as promised. Was told Todd would come in later. I called back and was told he was not coming in today. Called the next day and told he was not coming in that day either. Asked to have him call when he returned. No call.
