When you call to book you get great service, right up until you give them a deposit...When the drive came to pick up the two vans, he said he was told they were Astro vans, now the Chevy Express vans they were and that they were too large. Nicole blamed it on the software she uses. Then we had to get a different company to transport the vehicles. When we asked for our deposit back, we started having problems. Two months later, no deposit refund. Nicole no longer will answer a call unless we use a number she doesn't know. RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THERE ARE RELIABLE, HONEST COMPANIES OUT THERE...THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM
