Arranged by broker, IK Transport was a a great selection. Driver Paul was very courteous and helpful for pick up and delivery. We arrived at the destination early and notified him and he was able to deliver a day ahead of committed delivery date. We asked and were able to have the car on top for the cross country transport. This guy was suppose to transport my car to Atlanta. Instead, I found him driving my car around Los Angeles. I recommend people write down the mileage to discourage the driver from driving your car. Read more ....

Extremely reliable with door to door service from Coast to coast. I used them to ship my car from LA to NY and back again. They take excellent care of high end sports cars and classic cars. Very fast and easy to deal with. Read more ....

The driver did his job well, although the inside of my car (where someone would put their hand inside above door frame) is stained. He did get my car from CA to NY in 7 days. HOWEVER -the dispatcher failed to mention some critical points. Like that my car would not being going to the city I Read more ....

Bumper was broken and torn and inside fender cover was missing. They denied the damage and manipulated the Bill of Lading. The rubber shield was pushed up and hidden so the damage wouldn't be visible. Read more ....

I was looking for a trusted broker who would be willing to negotiate a price that was in my budget. The quotes I was getting from other carriers were up to $1400. AmeriFreight's quote was around $1050. When I asked if they would take it for $960, they said absolutely. I wished I had gone even lower- I think they would have taken it. My car was listed and accepted by a driver within 24 hours. Pickup was prompt, delivery was fine (they let us change both the pickup and the dropoff address at the last minute) except that the car arrived too early- better than too late, but I still wish they could have helped me get it there a little closer to my desired delivery date. Still, I don't think it was really in their control since the car was under the control of the driver at that point, not AmeriFreight. I would definitely work with AmeriFreight again.
