Was quoted a price of $625.COD. After vehicle was picked up, Captain Mark demanded that I wire $725 into his bank immediately or he would impound my car at a price of #30.00 per day. This deal cost me $925 to get my car after I had to work a deal with the Impound yard to retrieve it. Captain Mark is not fit to deal with....
