We used HLL to transport our vehicle from the Midwest to Texas. Amy was responsive and communicated throughout the entire process. She was the first person to respond on Yelp quotes, and was quick with follow-up. The guys that picked up the car were professional and communicated with us as well to let us know when they would arrive. They picked up the car on Saturday and delivered it the next day. Fast service! Highly recommend. We will be using them the next time we need to transport a vehicle. Total cost including cargo insurance was $825. This included $750 cost for transport, $50 to drop it off at our door instead of the facility in Frisco, and $25 dollar credit card processing fee. (If you do not want to pay the fee you can just pay the deposit and cash on delivery.) Our street is a cul-de-sac and a bit tight to turn around on so they delivered it to the nearest cross street which was fine. Good value for carefully ensuring our vehicle made it here safe and sound and for great customer service from Amy and the drivers.
