Review Description
Where do I even begin? They were more than a full day late for pick-up. Delivery was supposed to be on Sunday or Monday but came Wednesday. They nearly doubled the amount after they had my stuff not because it weighed more (which is understandable) but because they had told me things like bubble wrap, packing tape, etc were "included" and they aren't. In addition, they put $30 or so worth of wrapping around EVERYTHING that could be construed as furniture, including an office chair that was ripped up and only worth about $15. They also took my floor lamp and put it in a box that I had to pay for. They had told me my 45 records
