Lied about late pick up, driver lied about access, put 1 car on hook instead of flatbed, late delivery, driver rude and argued the entire time when drop off and delivery locations know 2 weeks prior, damaged car, said they picked it up damaged? questioned how they got it on truck with broken tie rod sleeve, they said it happened from bumps, changed story 5x's car was just reloaded at Symbolic so how it happened from cross countyry??? Lost parts, jammed hurst reverse lock into gear and broke stick off and tried hiding it, yes tried hiding it like a 5year old. Ken said he would take care of it , after several emails guess what Ken disappeared and everybody blamed something else. Worst transport deal ever!!!
