Golden Key Express, unlike the majority of "car carriers," is not a broker, it is the actual company that transports your vehicle. The owner Harold is one of the three drivers. Miisty, their sender is very courteous and will supply you with all the information and updates you need. I had my Lexus transported from Cambridge, MA to Oakland, CA. Their cost was a little higher, because the streets were narrow in Cambridge, Golden Key used a flatbed truck to bring the car to the actual carrier. Harold kept me informed by way of cellphone during the trip out to Oakland. He was always very courteous.
