I gave 1 star because it FINALLY did arrive at my destination. Any good reviews on this company they must hire people to write them. The quote from Get It Done was $2690. Charged my credit card $890 on 7/21 then $200 on 7/22. The driver who they brokered, by the way, calls when he is three days late and three hours away and says he will only take cash. And it is $1900. No negotiation. So total was $2990. $300 more than quoted price. There very little communication between Get it Done and myself or the especially the Driver and myself. I would text the company or the driver and they would only call me back, never text. I realized why. They donot want any evidence of what they tell you because it never happens. If you want a frustrating experience definitely just this company
