Still have not received the promised extra charge my daughter gave the driver. She did not want the drama of filing charges as she is trying to start a life in a new location. Your response was not honest and there were many bad reviews I found stating similar circumstances. This should have been a simple transaction that was made complicated and traumatic due to dishonesty and extreme behavior. Sad that needing a service lead to such a horrible experience.
