Review Description

My car was shipped from Mn. to Ct. at a very fair rate. The initial service was fine until I actually contracted with them. The car was picked up about 30hours after the original pick up time and was delivered 2 days after promised delivery. The delivery date would have been later had I not badgered the trucker with 8-10 calls when the car was 2 days late.The car was sitting in a lot 60 miles from my home and the trucker would not give me an exact date to deliver.I never received a call from the broker or the trucker regarding delays. In fairness-the car was delivered as picked up with no issues. The entire process left me with a negative feeling about the companies involved and could have been avoided with a couple of phone calls to keep me in the loop
