This company is irresponsible, unprofessional and dishonest. They damaged the undercarriage of my car(with less than 1500 miles). To accept delivery,the driver called and asked me to come meet him. My issue is not with the truck driver but with, the driver did an excellent job. Gentle touch has not done their job though, they have not met up to what they advertise. The driver who came to pick up my belongings was quite nice and too professional. The car was picked up in the exact time frame and the delivery was in the accurate time limit.
