Reviewed: Froland Auto Transport Subject: Worst service ever Review: I was very nervous about shipping my car from NJ to CA. I did a lot of research. I talked with Chuck several times. He assured me that they were different; thy own their own trucks. I was relieved and felt very comfortable. What a short lived feeling!! I was flying out on a Saturday. I told him that I would be leaving my car at the office. It would be available for pick up on Monday or Tuesday, as a coworker was handling it for me. Nightmare. They were agitated with me because hey could not get ahold of me so that they old pick up my car the Friday or Saturday before. Then they told me they would pick it up on Tuesday or Wednesday. Friday, my car was still there. They finally picked my car up the following Tuesday. They were rude when I called and complained. When I explained that I was having to pay an additional $450 to keep the rental car longer, he offered nothing. He was yelling to his coworker that I would not shut up for him to talk. Also, it turns out that hey don't own the trucks that does the transport. False advertisement! They contract out just like everyone else. I would NEVER use this company, EVER!! I work in sales and customer service. There are issues at times. I understand this. However, they could not have been more unprofessional when a problem arose. The company keeps saying they couldn't get a hold of me 4 days before my car was scheduled to be picked up so it is my fault. I was very clear on the days the car would be available. As in many postings rom other people, the first truck had mechanical problems. It seems to be a common issue with this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....
