Review Description

I used this company a couple of years ago, and it went very smoothly. More recently, it was a disaster. With the exception of one helpful employee, everyone else was terrible with communication. Though I had been given a pick-up date, they moved it one day early at the last second. I left work early, cancelled my evening plans, and made sure I was there with my car ready. The driver was unable to make it, which would have been okay if someone had bothered to tell me about it! I called every number I had available to me and I could only get a hold of one girl, who said she would call me back, but did not. She even admitted to me that she had forgotten to call me back after learning my driver could not pick up my car until the following day! I waited for over 2 hours for a driver who was never coming.
