.I placed a transport order and gave a deposit of 275 on 11 15 2017 and almost 2 weeks later they have not pick my vehicle up I have been calling them for about a week and I receive no answer from anyone no picks up the phone at the company and when I try calling the agent David who took my transport order and deposit he sends me to voicemail I even Had my wife call from a different number and he picked up the phone and when I told him who was he hung up the phone on me and would not answer the phone again. I am not sure how in the world they have excellent reviews because this is by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I just want my money back at this point and I will never call this company again
